Rebuild your strength and ease back into fitness with Baby Burner, our 4-week post-natal recovery course featuring two weekly classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, 09:00–10:00. Led by expert post-natal trainer Jenna, these gentle, mat-based classes are specifically designed to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and enhance your overall physique safely. At the start of the course, you'll also receive a goodie bag from Pureness, filled with healthy post-natal essentials like vitamins, collagen, electrolytes, and more.

Of course! All our classes are suitable for pregnant participants with doctor’s approval. Just let your instructor know before class, and we’ll provide alternative exercises as needed.
