  • Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes to ensure safety and optimal performance. We sell grip socks both in-studio and online for your convenience.

  • Yes, cycle shoes are required for the Ride class. We offer complimentary shoe rentals for your convenience.

  • Each class offers unique benefits. If you're looking for high-intensity strength training, try Deep Burn or Reformer. For a mind-body workout, Ride or Burn Flex might be ideal.
