Yes, our classes are open to all fitness levels. However, we recommend starting with Beginner Reformer before joining a regular Reformer class. If you’re new, let our team know so we can support you with modifications as needed.

Grip socks are required for all classes to ensure both safety and optimal performance. They are available for purchase in the studio.

Each class offers unique benefits. If you're looking for intense strength training, try Reformer or Hot Deep Burn. For a dynamic, high-energy workout, go for Hot Burn Sculpt (which includes cardio) or Hot Yoga Sculpt.
If you prefer a low-intensity option focused on relaxation and recovery, Soft Flow Yoga or Breathwork are ideal.

Of course! Many of our classes are suitable for pregnant participants with doctor’s approval. However, we do not recommend our hot classes during pregnancy. Let your instructor know before class, and we’ll provide modifications as needed.
